Each customer is assigned a primary support contact based on their solution type (i.e. third party logistics management services, technology only, or partner program). This contact is the first line of support.
Additional support may be found within the application’s help functions

Additionally, customers joining one of our online meetings, training and support sessions, or demonstrations can enter our meeting center.
